"I spent my birthday weekend at the Retreat with 6 friends and one very happy miniature schnauzer! The kitchen was a dream to work in: extremely well stocked in terms of cutlery, plates and stemware. The four bedrooms with two shared bathrooms on opposite sides of the house worked brilliantly for us as a mix of couples and singles. My little dog loved the huge yard and I relaxed all weekend knowing he was safe and happy running about. We will most definitely be back. Lovely property, well presented and well worth a stay."

"We had a fabulous stay at 'The Retreat' over the Australia Day Long Weekend. With 4 couples in tow we were pleasantly surprised that the layout provided space to spread out and gave each couple access to an ensuite. The decking and large outdoor setting was perfect for our many bbqs and sunbaking. Plus, it was only a 10min walk to the waves of the back beach or 15min stroll to the Portsea Hotel and bay. We'll definitely be back."
