Surf Gem in Aireys Inlet is a cute, single level 3 bedroom house which has an extensive front and back garden and a huge entertaining deck with an outdoor heated spa, walking distance to everything in this lovely beachside village.

Tastefully decorated throughout with all mod cons, this retreat is fabulous for a family beach getaway.

The bright open plan living and dining area at Surf Gem includes a lovely fireplace, large lounge suite and modern fully equipped kitchen.

There is 1 queen size bedroom, 1 double and a further room with 2 sets of bunks.

The bathroom has a bath and shower plus separate toilet and the laundry has a washing machine.

The huge BBQ deck and outside dining area overlook a lovely large sunny and protected garden which is secure for kids and pets.

It is a short 500m walk to the beautiful Sandy Gully Beach and a stroll away from the Aireys Inlet general store and cafés, it’s the perfect spot for a beach holiday.

Why not try picnics on the beach, five-star dining at A La Grecque (arguably the best restaurant along the Great Ocean Road) or burgers and beers in the beer garden of the Aireys Inlet Hotel....all just a short walk from your house.

Beaches, tennis courts, kids play parks, cafes and shops are also within walking distance, as well as, of course, the iconic Aireys Inlet lighthouse.
