The Beach Lodge - Mt Martha
The Beach Lodge is a stunning, light filled, beautifully furnished, 4 bedroom modern beach house, walking distance to the glorious sandy beaches of Mt Martha.
It boasts a lovely covered deck and entertaining area, perfect for that indoor/outdoor style of living, no matter the weather. This overlooks a generous and very private, fully fenced mature garden.
The large living area is open plan with lots of floor to ceiling windows and French doors leading to the garden. This is adjacent to the spacious dining area with seating for 8+ and the modern kitchen, fully equipped with everything you need for a glorious and relaxing getaway.
There is a further second living area/rumpus room with TV and DVD and great Jetmaster fireplace.
The very spacious king bedroom has walk in robes and an ensuite. The second bedroom is also queen size, the 3rd has 1 set of single bunks and a tri-bunk (double on the bottom and single on the top) and the 4th bedroom has 2 single beds which can be made up together to make a queen. The family bathroom has a separate bath and shower and there is a separate toilet
There is a also a good sized laundry with the latest top end European washing machine and dryer.
There is plenty of off street parking and an enormous double garage, suitable for boats.
As with all of our properties we provide a welcome basket with tea, coffee, sugar, jams, olive oil, vinegar, milk etc so you can just rock up, relax and enjoy this wonderful house by the sea.
Location and luxury living
Mt. Martha is only 45 minutes south-east of Melbourne on the Mornington Peninsula and offers gorgeous swimming beaches, crystal clear water and perfect sand as well as sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing and rides along nearby beaches on horseback.
It has a village-like atmosphere with lots of great shops and bistros.
There are scores of wineries in this area, the more popular ones include Foxeys Hang Out, T’Gallant Winery and Bistro, Montalto Vineyard and Olive Grove, Paringa Estate Winery and Restaurant and many, many more.
Golf courses abound, the closest one being the Mt. Martha Golf Course, a short 5 minutes drive from the Beach Lodge. This 18-hole golf course provides an interesting and challenging round of golf with breathtaking views of Port Phillip Bay.
There is so much to do in the area, why not visit the Red Hill Brewery, make and taste artisan cheeses at Red Hill Cheese, pick your own strawberries and cherries at the local fruit farms or swim with the dolphins and seals in the bay.
