Wind Jammer

This a great family beach house, light and bright with 3 bedrooms and 2 living zones, sleeping  8 in the heart of Rye. Arrive, relax, unwind and enjoy all that this wonderful part of the Mornington Peninsula has to offer.

There are 2 deck areas plus an open plan living area at the rear of the house and a separate rumpus room at the front.  This makes this centrally located 3 bedroom beach house perfect for one or 2 families wanting an extra bit of space on their perfect getaway to the beach.

This lovely beach house is set in the heart of Rye, with easy access to both the gentle bay beaches and the back surf beaches of the peninsula.

Windjammer is set on a quiet tree lined street. The master bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite with shower, the second room an additional queen bed and the 3rd room has 2 sets of bunk beds.

There is a family bathroom with a shower, bath and toilet and a separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer.

The light and bright living area at the front of the house has doors opening onto a shaded deck area. This room has a TV, DVD, X Box (with plenty of games )to amuse adults and kids alike and lots of board games.

The well equipped kitchen overlooks the open plan dining area and main living room.  There are 2 walls of floor to ceiling windows and doors leading onto the rear deck and BBQ area with alfresco dining and a lovely garden.

In addition there is off street parking for 2 cars.
